Sheetz, Inc. announced the recipients of its 2012 Outstanding Supplier Partner Awards presented for superior service and dedication to advancing the success of the company and its stores. The awards were presented during the Sheetz Marketplace recognition dinner held Sunday, March 18, in Hershey, Pa.

"The continued success of our company depends on the relationships we have with our supplier partners who share our commitment to providing the most outstanding products and service to our customers," says Louie Sheetz, executive vice president for marketing. "The companies and individuals Sheetz recognized this year truly understand our customer service and product quality mission and have consistently gone above and beyond to help us become a leader in our industry category."

The Sheetz Distribution Center Supplier of the Year Award was presented to Dan Troop and Gary Guthery of Dawn Food Products. This international company has been Sheetz supplier of fresh daily bakery and ready-to-eat items since 2008 and consistently provide outstanding support in new product development and in the operation of the bakery, accordiing to Sheetz.
