The Ice Cream Lab in Los Angeles creates delicious experiments with a frozen treat. The shop serves made-to-order liquid nitrogen ice cream, made by instantly freezing natural ingredients with a blast of liquid nitrogen.
The shop labels itself as being a “true made-to-order ice cream” experience and prides its work on using fresh and natural ingredients without the need for artificial coloring or preservatives that would be found in normal ice cream.
