Brill Quarter Sheet Baked Message Chocolate Chip Cookie

Brill Mini White Cupcakes

Brill Snap Dragon Icing

Brill Chocolate Ready Ice

Brill Brilliant Blue Icing

Plastic Graduation Decorations

Instructions

Pipe a shell border with the Chocolate Ready Ice around the edge of the cookie using a #22 star tip.

Arrange mini cupcakes around the cookie and ice them with the blue and yellow icings accordingly using a cupcake star tip. Also pipe a small amount of icing under each  to make sure they don’t slide off the board.

Add the plastic decorations.
