San Francisco International Airport, otherwise known as SFO, will be getting a new food hall in mid-2018 from the people behind Tartine Bakery, Manufactory, and other exciting food ventures.
San Francisco’s Elisabeth Prueitt and Chad Robertson of Tartine, along with Gabriela Cámara of Mexican eatery Cala and Pim Techamuanvivit of Thai restaurant Kin Khao, are teaming up to open the 3,000-plus square-foot concept called Manufactory Food Hall.
The food hall will include three fast-casual dining experiences (Tartine, Cala, and Kin Khao), grab-and-go stations, a full-service bar, coffee, and a retail component for Bay Area products.
Tartine’s portion of the concept will feature a seasonal menu based on popular offerings including warm sandwiches, fresh salads, and soups. There will also be a pastry counter that will have morning buns, seasonal tarts, and a Coffee Manufactory bar for grab-and-go coffee, espresso based beverages and whole beans.
