Galleta and Polvoron Mix 1/50 lb

Granulated Sugar 1/50 lb

 

Mix and Flavor

Make up the cookie dough following the directions provided on each bag of Trigal Dorado Galleta & Polvoron Mix.

 

Knead

Knead the dough to fully incorporate the dough and the cinnamon.

 

Roll Out

Roll out the dough into thin log.

 

Score, Cut and Bake

Score the log, then slice and place the sliced cookies onto a lined sheet pan and bake according to the directions provided on the bag. To finish, coat cookies in BakeSense Granulated Sugar.
