Ingredients

Westco Ultra Rich Creme Cake Mix (#11644 1/50 LB)
BakeSense Canned Pumpkin (#51808  6/10 LB)
Westco Caramel Dipping Icing (#36516 1/25 LB)
Westco Spice Pumpkin Pie (#09273  1/1 LB)
BakeSense Spice Cinnamon Ground (#73138  1/10  LB)

Directions

Mix & Scale

Mix the batter following the directions provided on each bag of Westco Ultra Rich Crème Cake Mix for a small batch.

Combine 18 LB batter, 2 LB BakeSense Canned Pumpkin and 2 oz.Westco Spice Pumpkin Pie on low speed until well blended.

Streusel Mixture

4 LB  Westco Ultra Rich Crème Cake Mix
8 oz.  chopped pecans
2 LB  brown sugar
2 oz.  BakeSense Spice Cinnamon Ground
1 LB  margarine

Mix on low speed until until the mixture forms crumbles the size of small peas.

Make Up

Deposit 1 LB 4 oz. of batter into well-greased 10” ring pans. Cover with the Streusel mixture [about how much?]. Deposit an additional 1 LB 4 oz. of batter on top of the streusel in each ring pan.

Bake

Bake at 330-365°F for 55-60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 205°F. Let cakes cool 20 minutes before removing from pans.

Finish

Let’s the cakes cool completely. Pour Westco Caramel Dipping Icing heated to 110°F on top of the ring cakes. Immediately garnish with whole pecan pieces before the icing sets.

Approx. Yield: 8 – 40 oz. cakes
