Directions
Biscuits
1. Toast chopped pecans in oven set at 350°F for 5-7 minutes or until light brown. Cool.
2. Pour water into mixing bowl.
3. Add biscuit mix, sugar, orange zest and toasted pecans.
4. Mix using rubber spatula approximately 30 strokes or until soft dough is formed.
5. Deposit dough using #20 scoop, 4x6 on parchment-lined full sheet pan.
Bake
Convection Oven* 350°F 10-13 minutes
Standard Oven 400°F 12-16 minutes

*Rotate pans baked in convection oven one-half turn (180°) after 5 minutes of baking.
Orange Icing
1. Mix orange icing ingredients in small bowl.
2. Drizzle icing over warm biscuits.
