Growing bakery-café chain Kneaders has announced that industry executive and former Chief Restaurant Officer at Four Foods Group Nate Duvall has joined the company as its Chief Operating Officer.
As COO of Kneaders Bakery & Café, Duvall will assist the brand’s Regional Directors and District Managers, along with their management teams, to ensure operational excellence and provide ongoing management training to enhance administrative and reporting processes.

As a career executive within the fast-casual industry, he has an exceptional history of implementing outstanding internal and external operational practices and he is passionate about elevating the brand experience for customers, store operators, and employees alike. As part of his many responsibilities, Duvall will work to further develop inventory systems, efficient scheduling procedures, and profitability structure alongside leadership coaching and development.
