Randy’s Donuts, an iconic Los Angeles-based donut shop, announced over the summer that it had plans for massive expansion in the following year. Included in that will be up to twelve locations throughout Southern California and two in Las Vegas.
The first of these new Southern California locations debuted after Labor Day weekend in El Segundo. Much like the original Randy’s Donuts in Inglewood, the new location also has a big donut on the top of the shop.
The next step in that process will soon take place in a world-famous part of Los Angeles. It’s reported that Randy’s Donuts will open a shop in December on Hollywood Boulevard just outside the TCL Chinese Theatre IMAX.
“We’re proud of the fact that when we open a new Randy’s Donuts, we’re not just offering genuine donuts, snacks, and beverages, but we’re also creating a number of jobs that can help impact the local economy,” says CEO Mark Kelegian. “We feel confident that we will find some motivated and passionate candidates to help Randy’s Donuts make its mark on Hollywood.”
“Right now, we’re on the search for motivated, dedicated, and enthusiastic individuals who will bring an exceptional experience to all of our guests,” adds David Modelo, Director of Operations. “We look forward to building a team of friends that can help not only serve the most delicious and authentic donuts, but also create a genuine relationship with the local Hollywood community.”
Randy’s Donuts is growing across the greater Los Angeles area with new locations opening in Downey, Santa Monica, Pasadena, and Torrance, as well as several other locations in Orange County. It will continue to expand beyond California to the rest of the country and globally in the next 5 years.
