Many consumers are looking for gluten-free desserts, and retailers are looking to accommodate them. Gluten-free desserts will be a special focus on Sunday, January 13, when National Gluten-Free Day takes place.

The bakery is offering specialty assortments (in 25-, 50-, and 100-packs) complete with gluten-free cupcakes and macarons in flavors such as Triple Chocolate Crunch, Cinnamon, Red Velvet, Birthday Cake, Salted Caramel, and Cookie Dough.
The O.M.F.G. is a cupcake pack featuring six gluten-free flavors, including Triple Chocolate Crunch, Tie-Dye, Red Velvet, Cinnamon, Caramel, and Birthday Cake. These cupcakes are baked in a dedicated gluten-free kitchen, with no risk of cross-contamination during the baking process.
The Mac assortment features six gluten-free flavors of macarons – Double Chocolate, Red Velvet, Salted Caramel, Cookie Dough, Snickerdoodle, and Sugar Cookie. The Party Macs assortment features just the Sugar Cookie and Double Chocolate flavors, while The Black & White assortment features just the Snickerdoodle and Double Chocolate flavors.
