To help customers with their diet resolutions for the New Year, Bruegger’s Bagels has introduced some better-for-you options to fit a healthier lifestyle. These new winter items include an egg white sandwich, vegan cream cheese-style spread, skinny bagels, and a sandwich featuring smoked Nova lox salmon.

The new Skinny Bacon, Avocado & Tomato Egg White Sandwich is made with egg white, peppered bacon, avocado, tomato, and sundried tomato spread on a skinny plain bagel. It will be available until the end of February at participating locations. Guests can add a second egg, egg white, or avocado to any sandwich for a small fee.

The other new sandwich is the Supernova Sandwich. It features smoked Nova lox salmon, smashed avocado, tomato, cucumber, red onion, capers, and Onion & Chive cream cheese on a sesame bagel. It will be available through April at participating locations.

“Our fans are telling us they want more ways to customize their favorite menu items to fit their lifestyle and dietary needs,” says Bruegger's Bagels President Tyler Ricks. “By offering ingredients like egg whites, dairy-free Daiya Cream Cheeze Style Spread, and avocado, we are giving them the chance to customize their diets to meet their nutrition needs.”

Customers can pair their bagel sandwiches with the returning French Toast Coffee. The seasonal favorite beverage features cinnamon and maple syrup flavors and the aroma of buttered French toast.
