The culmination of the NFL season will take place this Sunday, February 3 in Atlanta. Foodservice establishments across the country have been preparing to supply gameday watch parties with a variety of foods and beverages. One of the most popular offerings will be buffalo chicken wings, with a record 1.38 billion wings to be consumed this weekend.

One bakery that is putting a unique twist on the traditional buffalo wing is Montclair Bread Co. Although it has bread in the name, the New Jersey bakery is also known for its decadent doughnuts, even referring to itself as “a bread bakery with a doughnut addiction.”

Montclair Bread Co.’s latest limited-time doughnut takes the buffalo wing to the next level. The Buffalo Chicken Doughnut features buffalo chicken, blue cheese, a carrot stick, and a celery stick all on top of a glazed doughnut. It will be available through Sunday until it sells out.

That’s not the only special Super Bowl doughnut at the bakery. It is also offering football-shaped doughnuts, as well as the Touchdown Doughnut, which features chocolate ganache, mini M&Ms, pretzels, potato chips, and a peanut butter drizzle.

Montclair Bread Co. recently made headlines for helping government employees during the recent government shutdown. The bakery made 700 doughnuts per week to give to TSA agents working without pay at Newark Liberty International Airport.
