The celebrities behind the Magnolia empire, Chip and Joanna Gaines, have already carved out a space in the food and beverage world with their restaurant Magnolia Table and bakery Silos Baking Co., both located in Waco, Texas. The latest effort from the power couple will be a coffee shop also located in Waco.

Magnolia spokesman John Marsicano tells PEOPLE that the Gaines’ new project will begin soon. “I can confirm that we will be breaking ground on our newest project, a coffee shop, early next month—our tentative plan is to open by year’s end,” he says. “An official name for the coffee shop has not yet been announced, but we’re excited to share more details in the coming weeks!”

Although the new venture doesn’t have a name yet, it is reported that the plans include a full-service coffee bar, fresh-baked pastries, and an assortment of teas. There will be indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a to-go window. The shop will be located a block away from the Gaines’ Magnolia Market at the Silos.

Silos Baking Co. was launched by the Chip and Joanna Gaines in 2016. They had a dream of owning a bakery for a long time, and the project combined Joanna’s love of baking with the couple’s unique style. The bakery features cakes, cupcakes, cookies, pastries, and more.
