Chicago marshmallow café XO Marshmallow provides gourmet flavors that can’t be found anywhere else in the area. Everything from mimosas to avocado toast to pickles has been recreated in the café’s marshmallows.

The latest treat at XO Marshmallow is a birthday party in a box. The new funfetti flavor tastes like birthday cake, but is much lighter and easier to snack on. The café offers the tasty confection in a set of 12 for $8.95.

That’s not the only special flavor at XO Marshmallow during the month of February. The café has also been offering chocolate espresso marshmallows as its Marshmallow of the Month. The combination of cocoa and coffee tastes like chocolate covered espresso beans, but in marshmallow form.

For Valentine’s Day, XO Marshmallow featured limited-edition raspberry and cream marshmallows. They were made with real fresh raspberries to perfect the tart flavor.
