Krispy Kreme Doughnuts is welcoming the arrival of summer a month-and-a-half early with its latest flavors.
On Monday, May 6, the company debuted a collection of doughnuts featuring some of summertime’s most popular fruits. Three new doughnuts, featuring bright and colorful designs, will be available through Sunday, June 16 at participating Krispy Kreme locations.
The pineapple doughnut is a brightly decorated doughnut full of pineapple filling, the Key lime doughnut is filled with tart Key Lime Kreme to balance the sweetness of a Krispy Kreme doughnut, and the strawberry doughnut is packed with strawberry filling and decorated to resemble one of summer’s tastiest fruits
“Winter? No. Summer is coming. Come in and get an early taste today,” says Dave Skena, Chief Marketing Officer for Krispy Kreme Doughnuts.
