DO, Cookie Dough Confections has earned a huge following in New York City and beyond with its cookie dough innovations. The bakery will look to bring that creativity to the Midwest this summer when it opens a season-long pop-up shop in Chicago.

The pop-up will debut at the city’s Navy Pier on Memorial Day weekend. It will feature a small menu of cookie dough treats including scoops of different flavors of cookie dough, cookie dough ice cream, cookie sandwiches, and ice cream sandwiches featuring cookie dough ice cream between two layers of chocolate chip cookie dough.

One of Chicago’s top tourist attractions will get a sweet boost when the cookie dough pop-up launches on Friday, May 24. It will be open for business through Labor Day on Monday, September 2.

DO, Cookie Dough Confections has a permanent brick-and-mortar location in New York City, as well as a temporary location at the New York Mets’ Citi Field for the entirety of the 2019 Major League Baseball season. The cookie dough bakery will also bring its treats to New York City’s Time Out Market, a massive food hall set to open on the Dumbo waterfront this spring.
