Starting Tuesday, May 28 and lasting until Sunday, June 2, one of the biggest names in baking is making an appearance in one of the top food cities in the country.

Milk Bar is bringing an “ice cream truck” to Austin, Texas in different locations throughout the city this week. With a potential permanent Austin location in discussion for Milk Bar’s future, the truck could be seen as a way to introduce the bakery’s treats to the community.

Milk Bar’s truck will feature cereal milk soft serve. It will also offer the signature Milk Bar Pie, cake truffles, compost cookies, and other goodies that turn familiar flavors and textures upside down.

On Tuesday and Wednesday, the truck will be parked at the South Congress Hotel from 6-9 p.m. On Thursday, it will make an appearance at Franklin Barbecue from 11 a.m.-2 p.m., followed by the soon-to-open Gati ice cream shop from 6-8 p.m. Finally, it can be found at the Austin Motel on Friday (3-8 p.m.), Saturday (noon-5 p.m.), and Sunday (noon-5 p.m.)
