With summer officially underway on Friday, June 21, SusieCakes is offering a variety of desserts that feature a popular summer fruit, strawberries.

From now until June 30, the bakery chain is offering strawberry lemonade cupcakes filled with lemon frosting and topped with vanilla frosting, as well as strawberry shortcake filled with strawberries and a light vanilla pudding and frosted with whipped cream.

Throughout the entirety of the summer, SusieCakes will also have strawberry rhubarb pie that is filled with strawberries and rhubarb and topped with its popular pie crumble (available as a 6-inch or 9-inch pie). Other pies available during the season include Key lime pie and lemon cheesecake.

Finally, SusieCakes is offering strawberry frosted sugar cookies from now until Sunday, June 23. They are available individually or as a party platter of 18 cookies. Until the end of the month, SusieCakes also has a frosted sugar cookie platter with heart-shaped cookies in every shade of the rainbow to celebrate Pride Month.
