Most people could guess what makes Pittsburgh bakery Prohibition Pastries famous, simply based on its name. That doesn’t make its flavors any less surprising. The shop opened in 2017 in the city’s Point Breeze neighborhood and has since built a reputation with alcohol-infused goods such as pies, cakes, cookies, and bread.
