Georgetown Cupcake is looking to make life a little sweeter not only for its customers, but for restaurants workers as well.
The cupcake bakery has launched its limited-edition Baileys Brownie Fudge Cheesecake cupcake in support of the Restaurant Workers’ Community Foundation. The cupcake will be part of the Baileys Mother’s Day Dozen available for nationwide shipping while supplies last at Georgetown Cupcake’s website.
Proceeds from the Baileys Brownie Fudge Cheesecake cupcake sales will be donated to the Restaurant Workers’ Community Foundation on top of Baileys’ initial donation of $75,000, which goes directly to those in the hospitality industry as they face uncertain times.
Georgetown Cupcake’s founders and sisters, Katherine Kallinis Berman and Sophie Kallinis LaMontagne, let their followers decide on Instagram which sister’s cupcake would be crowned the official limited-edition Mother’s Day cupcake made with Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur.
Sophie created the winning cupcake – Baileys Brownie Fudge Cheesecake – made with a Baileys-infused cheesecake base swirled with chocolate cupcake batter and cookie crumb crust and topped with a signature swirl of Baileys-infused buttercream frosting and fudge lattice drizzle.
