New York City-based Red Gate Bakery is donating 100% of sales from a pop-up on Thursday, June 4 to the NAACP Legal Defense Fund and The Bail Project in support of the “Black Lives Matter” movement.

Guests were able to place orders for Thursday’s curbside pickup until Wednesday at 5 p.m. EST through the bakery’s website. Orders can be placed for another pop-up on Saturday until Thursday at midnight.

The pop-up features a variety of cookies (including Red Gate Bakery’s Homemade Oreos), bars, loaves and cakes.

Amid the coronavirus pandemic and the challenges it has brought businesses in recent months, Red Gate Bakery temporarily closed its New York City shop. The nostalgic new bakery isn’t sitting around though, as it has run pop-ups in recent months to continue bringing its treats to customers.
