Insomnia Cookies is releasing its popular Lemon White Chocolate Chip Cookie for a limited time, with a portion of the proceeds going to Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation to help eliminate pediatric cancer.

The cookie delivery chain’s summertime-themed flavor features a bright lemon cookie base and sweet white chocolate chips throughout. The Lemon White Chocolate Chip Cookie can be enjoyed on its own or added as a traditional flavor to any box or gift box.

The cookie is available starting Wednesday, June 17, and will be available in local Insomnia Cookies locations and for nationwide shipping until sold out. Ten cents from every cookie sold will go directly to Alex’s Lemonade Stand. A donation will be made for each individual cookie, sold individually or as part of a box.

Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation’s mission is to change the lives of children with cancer through funding impactful research, raising awareness, supporting families and empowering everyone to help cure childhood cancer.
