Bite-sized cupcake bakery Baked by Melissa is looking to make summer a little sweeter with its latest collection of cupcakes. The bakery has added three new flavors inspired by founder Melissa Ben-Ishay’s favorite childhood ice cream desserts.
Among the new offerings are:
- Strawberry Shortcake – A strawberry cake with marshmallow cream stuffing, vanilla icing and strawberry cake crunch topping
- Chocolate Éclair – A chocolate cake with Hershey’s Fudge stuffing, vanilla icing and chocolate/vanilla cake crunch topping
- Chipwich – A yellow chocolate chip cake with vanilla stuffing, vanilla icing and Chips Ahoy cookie crumble and mini chocolate chips for the toppings
These limited-time summer flavors are available in several assortments including Latest & Greatest, Birthday Gift Box, 4th of July Firecracker Pack and more.
