New York City-based bakery Eileen’s Special Cheesecake is celebrating National Cheesecake Day on Thursday, July 30 with a cheesecake offer for customers.

That day, Eileen’s is offering a complimentary classic individual cheesecake when customers buy any cheesecake. The cheesecakes come in variety of flavors such as salted caramel, cookie n’ cream, s’mores, red velvet and pumpkin. These cheesecakes were named among “The Best Cheesecakes in America” last year by Food & Wine magazine.

Eileen's Special Cheesecake, a 46-year-old family-owned shop, has been serving handmade light and creamy cheesecakes ever since founder, Eileen began baking her cheesecakes from her signature family recipe and selling them out of her apartment. Today, the business is run by Eileen’s two daughters, Holly Maloney and Bonnie Ponte, who carry on her legacy and passion for cheesecake.

The bakery’s cheesecakes are available for nationwide and local delivery, as well pickup at the store.
