With the Jewish holy day of Yom Kippur approaching on the evening of Sunday, September 27, many will be indulging in the days leading up to the time when they will fast all day.
To treat its customers in New York City, as well as across the country, bite-sized cupcake bakery Baked by Melissa has introduced a limited-edition “Break Fast Club” 25-pack featuring three new flavors - Chocolate Babka, Cinnamon Babka and Funfetti Babka.
Available until Monday, September 28, the 25-pack costs $30.00 on the bakery’s website while supplies last and for shipping orders only. The flavors included are:
- Chocolate Babka – Chocolate cake with cinnamon stuffing, chocolate icing and topped with cinnamon crumble and chocolate drizzle
- Cinnamon Babka – Yellow cake with cinnamon stuffing, vanilla icing and topped with cinnamon crumble and cinnamon drizzle
- Funfetti Babka – Yellow Funfetti cake with Electric Pink vanilla icing and topped with streusel and rainbow sprinkles
