The Retail Bakers of America (RBA) will be hosting a virtual town hall meeting on Tuesday, November 10 at 2pm CST that focuses on the reliable and dynamic business tool that is social media, especially in today’s digital-dependent world.
Questions like what to post, which platforms to use and how to reach objectives and ensure and audience sees you will be answered during the town hall. RBA and Plugrá Butter are welcoming marketing experts from Minneapolis-based collective JBD (Jen Boyles Digital) who are well versed in creating results-driving social strategies for brands.
Jen Boyles, founder of Jen Boyles Digital, and social strategist Naomi Osborn will share their insights on 5 Essential Ingredients to Social Media Success. Virtual attendees will also be able to ask questions during a 15-minute question and answer session.
“Whether you’re using a single channel or a network of platforms, social plays a huge role in the customer-brand relationship at scale, providing near-instant ability to improve awareness, build trust and reputation, service customers and ultimately sell product,” the RBA says on its event page.
Limited “seating” is available for the event, so those interested are encouraged to RSVP as soon as possible. Attendance is free for RBA members and $15 for non-RBA members.
