Two-time James Beard Foundation award winner Sarah Stegner, co-owner of Prairie Grass Cafe in Northbrook, Illinois, and fellow James Beard Foundation award winner Gale Gand, have teamed up for a one-time event to provide a medley of holiday cookies to customers.
Stegner has invited Gand as a guest pastry chef at Prairie Grass Cafe for this cookie collaboration. The Cookie Medley, available for purchase from December 4-19, features:
