New York City’s BlissBomb is helping corporate gift planners and individuals send more memorable gourmet gifts this year. The mini donut bakery’s new “Personal Pastry Chef” holiday program gives customers the chance to create a completely custom gourmet gift.
Tarran Hatton, executive pastry chef at BlissBomb, will be the “Personal Pastry Chef” to BlissBomb corporate and individual customers. She will consult with them on themes, ingredients, flavor profiles and gift recipient personality traits to create a more personal and memorable holiday gift.
Hatton won the Donut Challenge on the Food Network’s 2019 Chopped Sweets Tournament. She previously worked in numerous NYC restaurants and on the R&D team at Milk Bar before joining BlissBomb.
“You don’t have to settle for pre-set assortments or limited flavor options when sending edible holiday gifts,” says Hatton. “We’ll help you create a corporate or personal gift that means something special to your company or recipient, whether that’s a company color-matched donut or a favorite memory turned into a unique donut flavor.”
The price of BlissBomb’s “Personal Pastry Chef” services will depend on several factors, including ingredient selection; levels of customization on color and flavor of the base donuts, glaze and toppings; and supplemental decorative elements, such as gold leaf, luster dust, etc.
BlissBomb’s baked mini donuts can be packaged and shipped nationwide in a luxe 12-pack gift box (for consumer and corporate customers) and in 6-pack and 2-pack gift boxes.
