This Valentine’s Day, New York City cookie dough bakery DO is helping customers enjoy the special day with themed bite boxes perfect for sending to a crush or loved one to show them how much they care.
DO’s best-selling cookie dough flavors are available in truffle sized bites in three options: 24 bites (2 bite boxes), 48 bites (4 bite boxes) or 120 bites (10 bite boxes). Each bite box contains 12 cookie dough bites, 3 bites of each flavor, which include:
- Signature chocolate chip – signature cookie dough and chocolate chips
- Cake batter – cake batter, white chips, chocolate chips and Valentine’s Day sprinkles
- Sugar cookie – sugar cookie topped with pink sanding sugar
- Brookie dough - signature chocolate chip and brownie batter, swirled together
These cookie dough bites can be enjoyed on their own, as toppings on ice cream or used to make a fresh batch of mini cookies.
Also for Valentine’s Day, DO is hosting a February 14 cookie class online. Couples will make some edible and bakeable cookie dough together and decorating Valentine’s Day cookies to share, led by DO founder and chief executive officer Kristen Tomlan.
The week prior to class, each baker will receive a package with ingredients, recipe sheet and information regarding any additional ingredients/required equipment. Each standard ticket comes with one ingredient kit. Customers have the option to add on additional kits. A stand mixer or hand mixer is required for the class.
