Pastry chef Zac Young, the innovator behind the renowned PieCaken dessert, is back with an interactive treat made especially for Valentine’s Day.

The Spill Your Heart Out Cake is a fun, easy DIY expression of love. Its serves 4 to 6 people and features layers of devil’s food cake, chocolate mousse and is coated in strawberry cheesecake frosting. It also makes a perfect couple’s project for Valentine’s Day.

The cake can be finished by pouring the provided rosé champagne glaze and festive sprinkle mix into the ring on top of the cake. When the ring is removed, it makes for a sparkly glaze flow.

Chef Young has earned plenty of accolades for his work. He was named one of the “Top Ten Pastry Chefs in America” in 2015, the PieCaken has been featured on Oprah’s O List and Chowhound named it “The Most Epic Holiday Dessert of All.”
