Gigi’s Cupcakes is celebrating the season of love with the return of its limited-time Valentine’s Day menu.

Among the items available as part of this seasonal collection are the cupcake bakery chain’s new Red Velvet Love Bars, specially created by celebrity chef and Gigi’s chief confectionary officer/culinary advisor Jason Smith. Red Velvet Love Bars are blissful bars baked and layered with a red velvet cookie cake base, topped with a smooth sweet cream cheese batter.

In addition to these bars, the Valentine’s Day menu will feature cupcake flavors such as Wedding Cake, Midnight Magic, Strawberry Shortcake, Scarlett’s Red Velvet, Chocolate Peanut Buddy, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Nilla Amore, V-Day Confetti, Turtle, Double Stuff, White Midnight Magic, Gluten-Friendly Strawberry Shortcake, Gluten-Friendly Wedding and Gluten-Friendly Torte.

Over a year ago, Gigi’s Cupcakes announced its multi-year collaboration with chef Jason Smith, winner of the thirteenth season of the Food Network television series Food Network Star, as well as the third season of Holiday Baking Championship. Smith will be actively involved in the R&D process at Gigi’s over the course of the next several years, helping to develop new cupcake flavors.
