Blue Diamond Growers, a world-leading almond marketer and processor, has announced the release of two new products, Baking Mixes and Tasty Little Cup, to meet consumer demand for better-for-you options in the baking aisle.

Baking Mixes and Tasty Little Cup will be available in May at grocery stores nationwide, following the successful launch of Blue Diamond Almond Flour in 2020.

Blue Diamond’s Baking Mixes are made with finely sifted almond flour and offer consumers a healthier option for everyday and special occasion baking and deliver ideal texture in the finished baked good. Each mix contains 10 or fewer ingredients, is dairy-free, kosher certified and non-GMO project verified. They come in four versatile flavors: Brownie, Chocolate Cake, Chocolate Chip Cookie and Yellow Cake.

Tasty Little Cup is a gluten-free, dairy-free option with almond flour as the main ingredient, and is kosher certified and non-GMO project verified. Consumers can simply add water to the cup and microwave it for 60 seconds for a treat. It comes in four flavors: Molten Chocolate Cake, Brownie with Diced Almonds, Chocolate Cake and Confetti Cake.
