This Mother’s Day, Einstein Bros. Bagels is helping customers spend less time making brunch and more time making their mothers feel celebrated this Mother’s Day. The chain’s new Mom’s Brunch Box is full of treats and comes with a free mimosa starter kit (with a 16-ounce orange juice) to kick off the special day.

The Brunch Box ($29.99) serves six to eight people and includes a variety of fresh baked items. Among them are one Farmhouse Egg Sandwich, two Bacon & Cheddar Egg Sandwiches, six fresh-baked bagels, one tub of plain shmear, four Twice-Baked Hash Browns and four blueberry muffins.

To complement brunch and upgrade a free orange juice into a fancy morning beverage, Einstein Bros. is also including a specialty mimosa recipe card. It features the Grande Orange, Blushing Mimosa, Cranberry Delight and Mom’s Margarita Mimosa options.

“All Mom wants for Mother’s Day is to feel celebrated and appreciated,” says Teka O’Rourke, vice president of marketing at Einstein Bros. Bagels. “The Brunch Box, with the free mimosa starter kit, is certainly a great first step. But, the beauty of the Brunch Box is that it is so convenient, you don’t need to spend time making breakfast or doing the dishes. Instead, you can spend time making Mom feel special. I hear she likes foot rubs.”

Mom’s Brunch Box can be ordered ahead on the app for easy pick up. It will be available at participating locations, from May 7-17, excluding license stores inside colleges, airports, hotels and hospitals.
