New York City’s Angelina Bakery, which debuted in 2019, is an Italian bakery that is adding to the city's rich tradition of quality bakeries. It has become known for its Italian treats replicated from recipes passed down by the matriarch of the family.
Owner and founder of Angelina Bakery, Tony Park, highlights his Korean descent along with his upbringing in Palermo, Italy with his Italian-Korean inspired desserts, creating lighter Korean versions of classic Italian treats. His inspiration for his many baked goods comes from the teachings of his Italian grandmother, Giuliana “Anna”, as well as his daughter, Angelina, the inspiration for the bakery's logo and name.
This Mother’s Day, to honor Park’s family and upbringing, Angelina Bakery is offering a special 6-inch fresh vanilla cream cake topped with strawberries, and with purchase customers will receive a free red rose to give to their mother or mother figure on her special day.
This promotion begins Friday, May 7 and ends Sunday, May 9 on Mother’s Day.
