Challenger Breadware, the company behind the Challenger Bread Pan, has announced home baker, award-winning blogger and author of Sourdough Every Day Hannah Dela Cruz as its newest brand ambassador.
As a Challenger brand ambassador, Dela Cruz will develop custom recipes on the Challenger Breadware website, as well as blogging about tips and techniques home bakers can use to make professional-quality bread right in their own ovens. She will focus on sourdough discard recipes, often times with an Asian and Filipino flair. Her first recipe is for sourdough cornbread.
