New York City’s Baked by Melissa has announced a partnership with iconic cracker brand RITZ for new sweet and salty treats.
The cupcake collaboration, launching Tuesday, June 8, combines the classic taste of one of America’s favorite crackers with the bite-size cupcakes Baked by Melissa is known for. The limited-edition Salty-Sweet Cupcake 25 Pack includes the following flavors:
- Peanut Butter and Crackers – Yellow cake made with crumbled RITZ crackers, vanilla stuffing made with crumbled RITZ crackers, peanut butter icing, chocolate sprinkle brittle topping made with crumbled RITZ crackers
- Tie-Dye Cracker Crunch – Baked by Melissa’s iconic tie-dye cupcake with a RITZ Cracker spin – yellow and red tie-dye cake vanilla stuffing made with crumbled RITZ crackers, vanilla icing made with crumbled RITZ crackers, white chocolate brittle topping made with crumbled RITZ crackers
- Salted Chocolate Caramel – Chocolate cake stuffed with dulce de leche, chocolate icing and topped with sprinkle streusel made with crumbled RITZ crackers
Customers can shop for the Salty-Sweet Cupcake 25 Pack ($32) at Baked by Melissa’s website for two weeks from June 8-22.
