Chicago-based marshmallow café XO Marshmallow is bringing back an original flavor for the month of July that captures a popular soda flavor.

The marshmallow of the month brings back the nostalgia of sipping a soda in an old-school ice cream shop. XO Marshmallow suggests pairing them with its Vanilla marshmallows and roasting them over an open fire for a crispy, gooey ‘rootbeer float’. Customers can even add graham crackers and chocolate to get a full s’mores experience.

Another idea is to pair the Rootbeer marshmallow with brownies to bring out the molasses undernotes, or top cocktails with them for an adult spin on the popular soda.

Each box contains 12 marshmallows and costs $9.95 on XO Marshmallow’s website.
