Tuesday, August 24 marks National Waffle Day, and waffle specialist The Dolly Llama is treating its customers to a special offer in celebration.

The Los Angeles-based shop is giving guests the option to start their creation with a Bubble Waffle or the OG Liege Waffle, pair it with ice cream of their choosing and top it off with sauces and toppings, all for $5. They can also get a 6-piece Mini OG box of waffles for $5 as well.

The Dolly Llama founder sent two of his France-based chefs to Belgium to become waffles masters. The shop looks to bring a new outlook to waffles with its playful and innovative menu.

Guests can build any Dolly Llama ice cream original, or Craig’s Vegan ice cream flavor onto a waffle for the ultimate ice cream experience, or customize other waffle favorites – like The Dolly Llama’s waffle box, complete with unlimited sauce and toppings – to accommodate any dietary preferences.
