Master baker Rich Labriola of Labriola Baking Company opened the first Stan’s Donuts & Coffee in Chicago in 2014, the result of a friendship and partnership with Stan Berman, founder of the iconic Los Angeles shop that beared his name.

Since then, Stan’s has continued to grow throughout the Chicago area, serving a vast array of award-winning donuts, coffee, milkshakes and more. Stan’s will open its 15th donut shop location on Wednesday, September 22, within the Loop at the new Urbanspace West Washington food hall.

The new location will be celebrated on Friday, October 1 with Stan’s golden donut giveaway.  The first 100 guests will receive a free boxed donut and a limited-edition Stan’s t-shirt, with one lucky guest finding a Golden Donut in their box. The Golden Donut gives the winner receives free donuts and Stan’s coffee for life.
