Lady M Confections, a New York City-based luxury confections brand combining French pastry techniques with Japanese sensibilities, just released its newest cake creation that will satisfy chocolate lovers.

The Truffle Mille Crêpes Cake features handmade chocolate crêpes layered with velvety dark chocolate truffle cream. The cream is whipped and folded with crisp feuillantine, cacao nibs and pure truffle oil and each cake is completed with silky chocolate ganache from the Caribbean islands. A ring of truffled feuillantine and cacao nibs add a delectable final touch to each cake.

The Truffle Mille Crêpes Cake ($95) will be available in Lady M’s boutiques and online starting Friday, October 1.
