This Thanksgiving, the Reese’s brand is giving the traditional pie an upgrade by unveiling a super-sized, 9-inch peanut butter cup, the largest Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup ever for sale.

The Reese’s Thanksgiving Pie, containing only two ingredients, has a 9-inch diameter and 3.25 pounds of solid peanut butter and chocolate. There were only 3,000 of these first-of-its-kind pies available, and they’ve already sold out on the Hershey’s online store.

“When you bring together friends and family for Thanksgiving dinner, no table spread is complete without dessert,” says Bo Jones, senior associate brand manager at Reese’s. “At Reese’s, we wanted to create a dessert that everyone wants a piece of. You can thank us later.”

With chocolate and peanut butter being two of the most popular sweet ingredients in desserts, bakers may look to offer a similar dessert as we head into the holidays.
