The Bake Fest is an event that celebrates all bakers – home bakers, pastry chefs and bakery owners, recipe developers and baking influencers. It was created as place for all to learn, build networking opportunities and exchange tips so everyone can grow together.
Following a successful first edition in 2021, The Bake Fest is back for a second year virtually. Taking place May 21-22, the international event is just over three months away and organizers are preparing with a diverse lineup of speakers. Among them are:
- Kendra Groves of WildChild Cakes will share the latest and greatest cake trends and how they can be used them to help grow a business
- Amy Lanza of Nourishing Amy will teach how to create easy videos from a mobile phone
- Britt Berlin of The Banana Diaries will talk about telling stories through video using a DSLR camera
- Luis Amado, owner of Luis Amado Chocolate Academy, will demonstrate how to make contemporary molded bonbons
Other speakers include Jessica Leigh Clark-Bojin of Pies Are Awesome, Courtney Rich of Cakes by Courtney, Liz Marek of Sugar Geek Show and Jenny Keller of Jenny Cookies Bake Shop. More guests are set to be announced in the coming months in the lead-up to the event.
