Greek wellness food and skincare brand Kosterina is joining forces with bakery brand Sprinkles to deliver its classic Olive Oil cake in Sprinkles’ cupcake form.

The new flash flavor, Fig & Honey, Olive Oil Cupcake ($6), starts with a mandarin olive oil cake as its light, moist base. Then it’s filled with a fig jam core and topped with an extra virgin olive oil honey buttercream.

The cupcake flavor arrives just in time for Mother’s Day will be available for pre-order on May 2-3 at Sprinkles’ website and at all store locations (not available at Sprinkles ATMs) for local pickup and delivery on May 7-8.

Sprinkles will also be offering special flavors for Cinco de Mayo. It has partnered with PATRON for Margarita and Strawberry Margarita cupcakes that feature PATRON tequila-infused margarita frostings and finished with a Himalayan salt rim.
