National Doughnut Day is fast approaching (Friday, June 2), and to celebrate, Johnny Doughnuts is giving its followers a chance to decide their next limited edition doughnut flavor for a chance to win free doughnuts for a year.

To enter, doughnut fans can head to the @johnnydoughnuts Instagram page and comment on this post with their flavor ideas. The period for submissions will remain open through Wednesday, May 24. The Johnny Doughnuts team will then test out their top picks and reveal the winner on Instagram on National Doughnut Day, with the winning flavor being featured at all locations for a limited time

The winner will get a shout-out on Johnny’s Instagram page, and one dozen doughnuts per month from June 2023-2024.

Johnny Doughnuts is known for its use of local, organic ingredients, vegan and wheat free options. Founded in 2012, it now has four brick-and-mortar locations across the Bay area and Sonoma County. Doughnuts on the menu include old fashioneds, raised, bismarks, fritters, cinnamon rolls and the popular crodough (a fusion of a croissant and doughnut).
