Junior’s Restaurant, known for its New York-style cheesecake, is celebrating National Cheesecake Day this Saturday, July 30 with exclusive cheesecake deals plus the premiere of the Junior’s Cheesecake food truck, making its way around New York City all weekend long (July 29-31).

The Cheesecake Truck will visit the city’s five boroughs, offering $5 slices and a full spread of toppings such as macaroon crunch, strawberry sauce, chocolate sauce, rainbow sprinkles, chocolate chips and more. Customers can spin the truck’s “Wheel of Cheesecake” for opportunities to win Junior’s prizes, including free slices, t-shirts, National Cheesecake Day temporary tattoos and hats.

On Friday, July 29, the Junior’s Cheesecake Truck will begin the weekend at Smorgasburg World Trade Center in Lower Manhattan from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm, and then will travel to Long Island City, Queens, until 4 pm. On Saturday, July 30, the Cheesecake Truck will make its way from the Bronx to Staten Island. The Junior’s will be celebrating National Cheesecake Day with the Staten Island Ferry Hawks baseball team, hosting a cheesecake-eating competition, with proceeds going to the Widows and Orphans Fund of the NYPD. Junior’s will close the weekend in Brooklyn, spending the morning at Coney Island on Surf Avenue. Throughout the weekend, the truck’s live location can be accessed on the Junior’s social media pages.

For one day only, guests at any one of Junior’s locations can get a slice of plain cheesecake for $5. In addition, Junior’s is offering $5 off every small cheesecake, $6 off every medium cheesecake and $7 off every larger cheesecake.
