Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café is a bakery-café chain specializing in sweet and savory crêpes, hot drinks and more. Earlier this year, the chain was recognized as one of Entrepreneur Magazine’s 2022 Top New and Emerging Franchises.
This ranking came after the brand announced plans to develop outside of its home state of Texas in 2022 – with four locations in various development stages in Miami – in addition to debuting the brand in Dallas with a three-unit agreement.
Sweet Paris is no stranger to innovation, and with National S’mores Day set to take place on Wednesday, August 10, co-founder Allison Chavez offers some innovative ways to celebrate the nostalgic flavors and tastes of summer’s most beloved snack.

Nutella Hot Chocolate with Marshmallows
Serves one
Ingredients
- 9 oz-fl milk
- 2 oz-wt Nutella
- 1 oz-wt marshmallows
- Garnish with Chocolate syrup
Put half of your marshmallows at the bottom of a cup and set it aside. In a small saucepan heat your milk while gradually stirring in your Nutella. Once the milk starts to boil, turn off the heat. Now slowly pour your Nutella milk into your marshmallow cup, making sure you pour the hot milk directly on top of the marshmallows. Garnish on top with the remaining marshmallows and serve.
S’mores Crepe

Ingredients
Choice of crepe batter
- 1.5 oz-wt Nutella
- 1 oz-wt graham crackers
- 2.5 oz-wt toasted marshmallows
For garnish:
- 0.50 oz-wt chocolate syrup
- 1 oz-wt whipped cream
- 1 gram powdered sugar
- 1 gram mint leaf
Fold a premade crepe in half and evenly spread some Nutella. Slowly add your crushed graham crackers and spread them evenly. Now add the toasted marshmallows and fold. Garnish with chocolate drizzle and serve.
