New York City-based Levain Bakery is partnering with DoorDash to ship its popular cookies across the country with DoorDash’s Nationwide Shipping.
Customers across the continental United States can place orders for eight ($69.99) and twelve-count ($89.99) packs of cookies in a variety of flavors including Two Chip Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Chip Walnut, Dark Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Chip, Dark Chocolate Chocolate Chip and Oatmeal Raisin.
As a part of DoorDash’s Summer of DashPass deals, from August 11-17, DashPass members can score $50 off one order from Levain Bakery via Nationwide Shipping using the promo code 50FORSHIP at checkout (minimum purchase of $69.99 required).
Customers can navigate to DoorDash on a mobile device or desktop and search for “Levain Bakery.” They can choose cookies from the store page and then proceed with checkout. Upon checkout, they will also have the option to send the cookies as a gift to a friend or loved one.
Levain Bakery will prepare and package freshly baked cookies from its New York City ovens, shipping orders on Monday through Friday. Customers will receive an email confirming the order once it’s been shipped (along with tracking details) and another once it’s delivered. Tracking is also available via the “Orders” tab of DoorDash accounts.
To maintain freshness, each box of carefully packed cookies will arrive in roughly two or three days of shipment.
Levain Bakery was founded in New York City in 1994 by friends Pam Weekes and Connie McDonald, who began baking chocolate chip cookies to fuel their triathlon training. Over the years, the bakery has expanded to several locations across New York and can also be found in Washington, DC, Boston and Bethesda, Maryland, with locations planned for Los Angeles and Chicago. Its popular cookies can also be found at supermarkets across the country, including Whole Foods.
