Avery Ruzicka, the star baker behind California’s Manresa Bread, has put together a unique new kit for baking baguettes at home.

Bake with Avery Baguettes is an ideal gift for home bakers and bread lovers alike, especially heading into the holiday season later this year. Each kit includes all of the dry ingredients and tools needed to make eight baguettes. Customers will also receive a link to an exclusive 60-minute baking class with founder Avery Ruzicka.

In addition to premixed and measured flours, yeast and salt, the kit also contains a baking stone, a heavy linen couche, a board for moving the loaves and a razor and holder for slashing. The kit costs $149 and ships nationwide.
