The Texas Governor’s race will be one of the most watched in the nation, so Houston’s Three Brothers Bakery decided to have some fun with it.  

Starting Wednesday, August 31 and lasting until Election Day, the bakery will launch its first Gubernatorial Cookie Poll to see who will likely win the sweet contest – Greg Abbott, Beto O’Rourke or the Bakery’s favorite candidate – Gingy.

The last 3 Presidential Cookie Polls were a great success, and now Three Brothers Bakery wants to know if Texas is blue, red or white (independent). Each store will keep a daily count of each candidates’ cookies sold and weekly give updates via Facebook.   

There are two cookie flavors – gingerbread dipped in white chocolate with a caricature of the candidate or sugar cookie flooded with royal icing and the caricature.

Cookies are $4.99 each and available at all stores, online and for shipping.
