Milk Bar, the iconic dessert company founded by award-winning pastry chef Christina Tosi, is celebrating a brand-new dessert just in time for the holidays. Chocolate Mint Chip Cake and Truffles are inspired by the classic mint chocolate chip ice cream, and are joined by the returning Peppermint Bark Snaps in a new shareable size.

These treats are available starting now, both online and at Milk Bar’s bakery locations, with free shipping on all online orders over $90.

The Chocolate Mint Chip Cake is inspired by chocolate mint chip ice cream, featuring a double chocolate chip cake layered with rich chocolate jam, chocolate mint chip frosting and minty milk crumbs. The top layer is decorated with minty milk crumbs and chocolate crumbs.

With its Chocolate Mint Chip Cake Truffles, Milk Bar ups the flavor of the double chocolate chip cake with a minty milk soak, then scoops it into bite-sized perfection, and coat it in mint chip crumbs.

Mini Peppermint Bark Snaps scales down the best-selling cookie into a brand new mini size and is packed with layers of pretzels, peppermint, caramel and chocolate combined atop a crisp dark chocolate wafer before the whole thing gets dipped in silky white chocolate peppermint bark.
